If you are on my e mail list, you know I've often referred to the article “How to Address Strong Emotions," and the technique in the article. I do so because the technique is easy to use, and can be used for anything in your life that is not the way you want it to be. Anything.


You can use the technique as is, but if you want another way to work with it, you can try reading this list of words and noticing when your body or emotions respond to any of the words. Then use the technique in the article to resolve not only the physical and emotional responses but also the causes. This list of words is only a starting point. I encourage you to add to it as needed or desired.
